Our Policies1. Service Commitments We are committed to providing reliable, timely, and professional transport and courier solutions. All deliveries will be handled with the utmost care to ensure the safety and integrity of the items being transported. 2. Booking and Scheduling All transport requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency or expedited requests are subject to availability and additional fees. Clients are required to provide accurate pickup and delivery details, including contact information and any special handling instructions. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due upon booking unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, direct deposits, and other approved payment methods. Government contracts follow specific billing terms as outlined in individual agreements. 4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7-10 business days, less applicable fees. 5. Handling and Liability TrustedWay4 Contract Services takes full responsibility for items in transit within the limits of our insurance coverage. Customers must disclose the contents of all shipments, and prohibited or restricted items will not be transported. Liability claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 6. Compliance and Safety All transport operations comply with state and federal regulations for both intrastate and interstate deliveries. Our drivers are trained professionals, adhering to strict safety and operational protocols. 7. Client Communication Customers will receive updates on the status of their delivery, including notifications of pickup and successful delivery. Our support team is available during business hours to assist with inquiries or resolve issues. 8. Dispute Resolution In the event of disputes, TrustedWay4 Contract Services will work with clients to resolve issues amicably. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the terms of our service agreement. 9. Confidentiality and Privacy We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose shipment details to unauthorized parties. Personal and sensitive information is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
